Features
The Connectable Dropbox offers a few different features, found in the main menu:
Hover Text
If you wish to apply hover text above the dropbox, select Hover Text, followed by Set Text. You can then input a message to be displayed above the dropbox.
If you would like to disable hover text, simply click the dropbox and select Hover Text / Text OFF.
Text Color
To change the hover text color, click the dropbox and select Text Color. You can then input an LSL color vector to apply the desired color.
Sound
By default, the dropbox will play a confirmation sound whenever a new notecard is received. If you wish to toggle the sound off/on at any time, simply select Sound from the main menu.
Drop Message
By default, the system will present a drop message in main chat when a notecard has been received. The default message displayed is "Thank you! Your notecard has been received.".
To change the drop message, navigate to Drop Msg / Custom, you can then enter your own message into the textbox. To revert back to the default message, you can always navigate to Drop Msg / Default.
Drop Alerts
If you wish for yourself and/or others to receive drop notifications via main chat when a notecard is received, you can add a person to the list by navigating to Alerts / +/- Key:
- Add a person by entering "add" followed by the users key/uuid
