Configuration Types
The Job Application System supports two types of applications:
- Notecard Application
- Online Application (e.g. Google Forms or other similar services)
It's important to note, the majority of features such as notecard distribution, notecard pickups, and Discord notifications are only relevant if you're supplying a notecard application.
Configuring Your System
- Click on your board to access the main menu.
- Select 🔧 Dashboard to request Dashboard access. When prompted, click on Go to page
- Once on the webpage, you should be on the Configuration page. Simply start by selecting the type of application you intend on providing to applicants — note: the configuration type you have actively selected is the type of application that will be offered
- Notecard Application: The name of the notecard you intend to provide to applicants.
- Application Requested Message: A message that will be provided to users that have requested an application.
- Application Receivers: The people you wish to assign to receive submitted applications. You may add up to 15 users.
- Discord Notification: If you have a Discord server and wish to receive alerts based on different events, provide a webhook URL. Learn how to create a webhook here!
- Online Application URL: The URL where your application form is hosted.
Changes are Saved Automatically After Editing
Note: Any time you make an edit to an input, the changes will automatically be saved once you're no longer selecting the input. A ✔️ will appear if the save was successful.

- Now that you've finished configuring your application type, you can move onto setting the public welcome message and button text that will be first presented to users that click on the board:
- If you've opted to supply a notecard application, insert the notecard into the board now.
At this point, your Job Application System should be functional! Select 🔐 Unlock from the main menu to make the system available to the public. If you would like to test the system, select ✸ Use Board

Questions/Answers
- People are saying they are unable to drop/submit their notecard onto the board?
This is likely due to your system being locked. Click on your board and ensure the dialog menu displays: SYSTEM UNLOCKED. If it's locked, select the unlock button. - I received an alert saying I have a delivery available. What is this alert and how do I collect it?
When an application notecard is first received, it will attempt to send the notecard(s) to all registered receivers if they are online and in the same region as the board. For receivers that are not available at the time of the submission, the system will send an alert and make it available for pick-up later. To collect a pick-up/delivery, all the receiver needs to do is visit the region and wait approximately 30 seconds at which point the system will deliver a folder automatically, containing all missed deliveries. - I'm trying to add the Application Notecard to the board but it keeps disappearing!
- Ensure you have outlined the application name on the Dashboard configuration page. Without a set notecard name, the system doesn't know what the application notecard is when it's inserted, therefore it's deleted.
- The system must be locked before you attempt to add the application notecard to the board. Attempting to add items to the board while in an unlocked state, the system treats it as a public drop and will process the dropped items.
- What's the point of the 📂 Contents menu option?
This is simply a back-up measure. Received notecards are retained and you can choose to take out all notecards from the system at any time. If you no longer wish to retain the notecards, you may choose to "Delete All". - I have a featutre request/suggestion. How can I submit it?
